Kim Sanborn, MA, LMHCA

I am a licensed mental health therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most difficult challenges. With a focus on grief and loss, including pregnancy and infant loss, as well as managing depression and anxiety, my holistic approach is rooted in compassion, understanding, and mindfulness. I believe that healing is a deeply personal journey, and I am here to provide the support you need to work through your emotions and find peace. Whether you're coping with the heartache of pregnancy loss, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or simply struggling to move forward after a difficult life event, I offer a safe and non-judgmental space for you to process and heal. I use mindfulness-based approaches in therapy, which emphasize staying present in the moment, cultivating self-compassion, and learning to manage intense emotions. These practices can help you build emotional resilience, reduce stress, and find clarity as you move forward in life.
