Depression and Anxiety
Anxiety and depression can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in cycles of worry, self-criticism, or exhaustion. I integrate mindfulness into my work to help clients gently notice thoughts, emotions, and body sensations without judgment, creating space between what they feel and who they are. Through present-moment awareness and nervous system support, we will focus on self-compassion, and practical tools that support emotional balance and a renewed sense of hope.
