What to Expect:

Each and every person has their own unique story.  We will begin wherever you are on your journey.  You can expect a compassionate and respectful space where you'll be empowered to explore your emotions, gain self-awareness, and move towards healing, whatever that may look like for you. 

I believe it is important for the client to set the pace so that during our time together, you are able to use our sessions to work on whatever feels most important to you in that moment.  Since I use mindfulness in my practice, we will practice techniques such as focused breathing, body awareness, or mindful observation to help you stay grounded in the present moment. These practices can help reduce stress, enhance emotional regulation, and cultivate greater self-awareness during the session and in your daily life.

Throughout our time together, we will check in about your experience to ensure that we are spending our time and energy in a way that feels supportive of your growth and development.
