My Approach

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I focus on helping you understand how thoughts, emotions, and bodily experiences are connected, using mindfulness and practical strategies to build awareness, resilience, and self-compassion. Together, we create a safe space for growth, healing, and meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

I also integrate a mind-body perspective, recognizing how experiences can show up in the body as tension, restlessness, or fatigue. By gently attending to both emotional and physical responses, we work toward grounding, regulation, and a deeper sense of safety within yourself. This holistic approach helps you reconnect with your inner strengths, navigate life’s challenges, and move toward greater balance and well-being.
